Third and Fourth Floor

These floors are comprised of a Panoramic Floor and Panoramic Deck to give visitors the chance to discover the many angles of our giant transportation diorama (20 meters in diameter). When the city shifts from day to night, the floor dims to reveal a dazzling display of twinkling city lights! Relax and take in all the daytime and nighttime sights on these two unique floors.

We gathered futuristic transportation technologies being researched and developed when the Numaji Transportation Museum (Hiroshima City Transportation Science Musuem) opened in 1995 and incorporated them on to a giant city transportation model 20 meters across. Vehicle City is a great barometer for the technological progress of mankind: some of the technologies here have actually been made into realities!
